Use this cutter to produce different sizes of cala lily (arum lily) petal-shaped cutouts from fondant or gum paste . Roll out the fondant or gum paste to the desired thickness, then cut out the petals with the cutter. Emboss veins on the petals using the veiner and use modelling tools to thin and shape the petals into the desired shape. Assemble the lily on floral wire and colour with dusting powders.
